In the top photo of the area by the garage doors, notice that we brought the coating up along the wall about an inch or two and made sure the coating is smooth and flat beneath the runners. It takes a little extra effort to do it right but it makes it easier to keep clean. This helps preserve the runners and your door. If you get water from outside in this area, using a squeegee will wisk it away.
In the second image of the door that leads into the house, we applied the same concept by bringing the coating up along the cove molding. The floor is seamless and easy to clean since the floor is like a basin. With this system water and dirt will not get under your wall and makes for hassle free cleaning. Most people don’t want to spend the time cleaning the garage floor. This system just makes it easy.
