Seamless Littleton Garage Floor Gets a Thank You!

This garage floor in Littleton started out with problems that are typical with concrete. The surface was uneven and there were expansion and control joints that collect dirt making the floor hard to maintain.
We use a product that we manufacture called E Bond Flex to fill in the joints and cracks. This filler has unique features. It is a 100% solids product that does not shrink because there are no solvents that can evaporate. It has flexibility that moves with slight fluctuations over the joints without cracking.
Once the filler has cured, we grind the surface to create an even, flat floor. The filler is compatible with our coating so there is no risk of delamination. After the floor was ground smooth we applied our polyurea coating in saddle tan color with 1/8th inch decorative chips and a non slip additive. We also coated the wood steps that lead into the house. Now the steps look like part of the floor.
The final result is a seamless surface with a high compressive strength polyurea concrete coating. As manufacturers of our coatings we can provide more floor for the money than anyone. As you can see the owners were thrilled with their new floor.
