Denver Garage Floor Industrial Coatings
The photos above show the before and after results of a garage floor in Denver where we applied our polyurea industrial coatings.
Notice how we applied the coating up along the wall about 6 inches high. We installed cove molding, attaching to the floor and wall. The coating is seamless. By applying the polyurea coating over the cove molding we have created a waterproof basin that makes it easy to keep the floor clean.
The cleaning process is to use a citrus cleaner that works as a degreaser. Just wash the floor and aggitate the surface with a stiff bristle broom. Use a neoprine squeegee to pull water to a drain, wet vac or out the door. It’s a very simple process that keeps floors looking new for years.
